@ EMU-Davenport Game now
The ACHA is back I'm currently @ EMU where they are hosting the defending DII National Champion Davenport Panthers.
EMU jumped out to an early 2-0 lead but Davenport Dominated and still are. the shots are 39-20 for DU in the second intermission and we are in a 2-2 tie.
DU has had all kinds of chances and honestly it looks like EMU is on their heels in this game, always playing defensive. DU is always in the EMU zone generating chances.
Also DU goalie Eddie Wheeler was ejected in the second period for headbutting! EMU's backup goalie Craig Haa came off the bench and made his way toward Wheeler but didn't get close and pretended he was stretching when everyone "erupted" thinking they were going to see something more!
Chris Joswiak has come in net for DU and made an outstanding save on an EMU forward coming in on a breakaway.
Right now no reason DU is tied with EMU they can easily have 6 or 7 now. They are getting the puck on the post, near the redline, in the goal mouth and its not going in.
